A: Doorstep Delivery by Taqbin (2-5pm or 5-8pm)
B: Self Collection at any of Taqbin branches:

If order subtotal is $24.99 and below, there is $3 delivery fee.
If your order subtotal is $25 and above, delivery is $0, free.
We work 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Sundays and Public Holidays included.
Pay before 9am, and we will process and post our package to Taqbin on that same day, unless you state a later date.
Pay after 9 am, and we will process and post our package to Taqbin the next day, unless you state a later date.
Taqbin will attempt to deliver on the same day that we post our packages.
If you miss it or if they failed (happens 10% of the time), they will attempt to redeliver the next day.

Upon successful order, you will receive an automated receipt by email from us detailing your purchase.
By providing your address and contact details, our system would remember you so that you will not have to type in those details the next time.

*We advise you to choose doorstep delivery only if there is a family member or a maid who is always at home. Otherwise, self-collection will be better because you do not have to wait for the delivery man to come to your door.

Note: DBS and POSB have merged so it is possible to bank transfer from your POSB account.
If you pay via ATM or Teller service, please take a photo of the ATM slip and send to us by email
If you pay via iBanking, email us to inform us your IB nick and to which bank.
We need this email to recognize who has paid and who has not yet paid, as there can be some orders that are same as yours
For Option 2: We will send a paypal invoice to you after you have emailed us your details as above. Follow the paypal invoice link to paypal page, and pay.

Please order through our website first, then we will email you the code to claim.
We understand that for doorstep delivery, somebody has to be at home to receive the package.
And some customers find this inconvenient.
We advise doorstep delivery if a maid or family member is always at home. And please have a good working doorbell so that it is easy on the delivery man to alert you when they reach.
We advise self-collection at Taqbin branches, if you happen to live, work or shop closeby those branches, and if you do not have anyone who usually stands by to receive packages.
Hence we work out with Ta-Q-Bin to store your package for 7 days until you collect them yourself.
If you wish to self-collect, we will post the package and then email you the tracking code.
With the tracking code, you can show it to their staff and claim your package at any of the Ta-Q-Bin Branches that you selected.
Similar to the doorstep delivery option, the cut off time is 9am.
If we receive your order before 9am, you can self collect it on the same day after 5pm.
If we receive your order after 9am, you can self collect it on the next day after 5pm.
